"Week of Restaurants" takes place in the Amon restaurant from March 15 - 24, 2024

As part of Restaurant Week, we offer two menus:


Meat menu

Greetings from the kitchen: duck pate... a house tradition, in the company of goat's cheese with pumpkin oil, motvilek, marinated red radish and walnut butter

Sea swallow in a herb crust, buttery mashed potatoes with rosemary oil, a warm salad a little different

Grilled spider steak, sautéed beech oyster with chives, creamy white polenta with brown butter

Wine cream with baked apples and pears, white chocolate ganache, hazelnut crunch

 

Pescetarian menu

Greetings from the kitchen: pate made of shiitake, roasted cheese and mayonnaise from roasted sunflowers, in the company of Kozjanska erpica with pumpkin oil, motovilek, marinated red radish
